Cafe Review: Vancouver Coffee

Today I will introduce Vancouver Coffee. Vancouver Coffee is a speciality store selling coffee beans, coffee, latte, and French toast. Coffee is made with beans from the famous shop  “Arabica Kyoto” in Kyoto. And you can eat French toast in a narrow cup. I think you can not think of it as a French toast in a narrow cup. I think that is a very new sense. Recently, it is fashionable, and it is becoming a topic on SNS among young people.

Vancouver Coffee has 4 stores in central Shonan, in Kanagawa Prefecture. Fujisawa, Kamakura, Shonan T-SITE, and Hakone. I went to the Shonan T-SITE store. The entrance is surrounded by many plants, “Is it really here?” I wondered. However, when I went in, a clerk in the beautiful atmosphere talked to me “May I help you?”  It was a very calm atmosphere and very fashionable. The menu was fashionable too. And it was written in English on a small piece of paper like the picture.

Unfortunately, there is no french toast at this store. So I ordered a cafe latte and milk chocolate float. After ordering, the clerk took some time to make the drinks. During that time, I read a magazines about Shonan at my seat. And I could go around the store to enjoy the atmosphere. The milk chocolate float is sweet. On the other hand, the cafe latte is sugar free and it felt like the coffee was stronger than the milk. The gum syrup was on the table and was free to use. I thought it would be perfect with cafe latte and French toast. I found later, French is only in Kamakura and Fujisawa. When I go next time, I would like to go Kamakura or Fujisawa, and eat French toast.

I think that people who like coffee and sweets should definitely go there once. Besides that, I think it is also good for the occasion when you went to go out for tea after shopping or going out. You may be very relaxed in the calm atmosphere of the shop. Please visit once by all means.

Manga review : Days

Do you like sports manga? I like them so much. Especially I like manga about  soccer. I will introduce a soccer manga that I want everyone to read called DAYS. The writer is Tsuyoshi Yasuda. The illustrator is Kazuto Nakazawa.The main characters are Tsukushi Tsukamoto, Jin Kazama, and Hisahito Mizuki. DAYS is serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine from Kodansha. I would like to talk a little bit about the outline of this manga. A boy named Tsukushi has no ideas, or special ability. But he has passion in his heart. When he joins the prestigious Seiseki High School Soccer Club in west Tokyo, his destiny starts turning dramatically. There are many points in this manga that are important. Effort, the importance of friends, family, and more. This is a story of sweat, miracles, and friendship of the Seiseki High School Soccer Club. The players are passionate and pure. This is a story that reminds me that sometimes it is okay to chase what you want to do. I can not be like Tsukushi, but I think that I can be a person who  makes a strong effort. I think everyone will love this manga and enjoy soccer. Please read it by all means.
